‎In a renewed effort to ensure the comfort and smooth accommodation of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in Kwara State, the State Government, through the Ministry of Youth Development, has procured 250 double bunk beds for use at the NYSC temporary orientation camp.

‎The disclosure was made by the Commissioner for Youth Development, Amb. Ndanusa Usman Shehu, during a visit to the NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp located at Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, earlier today.

‎Amb. Ndanusa noted that the new set of double bunks will complement the 500 mattresses previously donated by the State government to enhance the overall living conditions of corps members during their orientation exercise.

‎He reiterated that the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, remains committed to creating a safe, conducive, and enjoyable environment for corps members posted to the State, recognizing their vital contributions to community development.

‎In his response, the NYSC State Coordinator, Mr. Onifade Olaoluwa Joshua, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the State government for its continuous support and commitment to the welfare of corps members.

‎He described the intervention as timely and reflective of the government’s proactive approach to youth development and national integration.
