As the Honourable Commissioner for Youth Development in Kwara State, I take great pride in celebrating one of our own, a brilliant and forward-thinking young man, Musa Abolaji Suleiman, whose recent publication titled “Nemesis” stands as a bold testament to the creative potential within our youth.
Musa Abolaji Suleiman is not just an author; he is a social worker, poet, coach, and a passionate advocate for positive social change. Holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, Musa has continued to inspire through his writings and community-driven initiatives. His latest work, Nemesis, is more than a book, it is a voice, a mirror, and a challenge to society to do better.
As Commissioner, I am using this moment to spotlight Musa as a symbol of what is possible when our youth are encouraged, educated, and empowered. His achievement is a loud call to other young people across the state: you too can do something extraordinary.
Kwara State is full of gifted and purposeful young minds. What Musa has done should not be seen as a rare exception but as a model that is replicable. I urge our youths in cities, towns, or rural communities, to see in Musa a reflection of their own possibilities.
The government of His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has consistently demonstrated a deep love for youth who are thriving, and remains fully committed to supporting their growth in every sector. Through inclusive policies, youth-centered initiatives, and a visionary leadership style, His Excellency continues to inspire a generation of young minds to dream and to deliver.
The Ministry of Youth Development remains committed to supporting and celebrating creativity, discipline, and innovation among young people. We will continue to provide platforms for talents to be nurtured and recognized, just as we are proud to stand with Musa today.
Let it be known across the state and beyond that Kwara youths are rising, and Musa Abolaji Suleiman is proof of that.
